"London has been voted the UK's favourite city for the fifth year running.The capital topped the poll, voted for by readers of the Conde Nast Traveller magazine, thanks to its bars, restaurants and HOTELS.
Edinburgh came second while Bath, famed for its Georgian architecture, was third in the annual poll.
Italy was named favourite country by readers for the sixth year, with France and the USA in second and third.
Paris took the top spot for overseas city, with New York coming in second and Barcelona in third.

The coveted title of top UK HOLIDAY HOTEL went to The Pig in Hampshire - beating Babington House in Somerset, where actor Eddie Redmayne married his long-term girlfriend Hannah Bagshawe last year, into second.
While the Mandarin Oriental in Hyde Park, London was named top UK business hotel, followed by the art DECO splendour of Claridge's in second and Mayfair's the Connaught in third."
